Great going DOWNEASTLASS and PEFITNESS4!!!

1st downs: 35 squats
Touchdowns:14 push-ups,
Field Goals: 3 lunges per side,
Hold the opp: 6-15 second planks 90 seconds
Turnover/Interception:10 calf raises
Safety: 0

I missed some of the exercises when I was so upset with some of the calls. Sorry

I messed up with my strength exercise schedule and Sunday was a rest day for me. So, I'll have to count what I did Saturday towards the game goals....

42 squats

48 lunges

72 heel raises

42 wall pushups

33 shoulder abductions with green band

On Sunday, I walked for 30 minutes.

For Sunday Late Afternoon Football, 8 December 2019
Kansas City Chiefs at New England Patriots

1st downs: 17 = 85 squats,
Touchdowns: 2 = 14 push ups,
Field Goals: 1 = 3 lunges per side,
Hold the opp: 11 = 5.5 minutes of planks, **I'm still doing 30 second planks - I'm a glutton for punishment :)
Turnover/Interception: 1 = 10 calf raises
Safety: 0

It's Sunday again, and we are facing the KC Chiefs on our own home turf. We can support our team by participating in this challenge. I know it helps me to overcome the stress so I've copied the plan and I'm ready to do this!

Here's how we do it.

Every time the Patriots get a 1st down: 5 squats

Every time the Patriots score a touchdown: 7 push-ups or modified push-ups

Every time the Patriots score a field goal: 3 lunges, on each side.

Every time the Patriots score a safety: 2 Burpees or 5 Bridges

Every time the Patriots hold KC to no gain or a loss: 15-second plank or modified
plank

Every time the Patriots make an interception: 10 calf raisers

This is just for fun. Only do what is safe for you or feel free to substitute a different exercise. Post your accomplishments on this thread tomorrow.

My apologies to @PEFITNESS4 and @NEWNANCY2012 who put in their best efforts for the Houston Game! Great work you two!!
