Today I went to the gym for a 2 hr spin class followed by another 1 hr. spin class. Did all 3 hours back to back without stopping. Felt great - first time I'd done 3 hours straight.

It’s official. I lost 9 lbs since 1/3. The big change for me was giving up drinking spirits in the evenings. Alcohol stifled my weight loss all last year.
