First, I joined Sportsclub LA, kinda spendy, I really cant afford it but with this kind of a committment I will be sure to use it.
I joined March 1st and have been going at least 5 days a week. I have been doing a Pilates class and a spinning class everytime I go. I have already seen a difference in my body shape and have already lost 4lbs! Its remarkable!
The eating was tough the first week, but I came back to Spark have been on track and journaling since the 7th. I am excited about my progress and looking forward to shedding this weight once and for all!

For Monday morning I did Push Ups - Set 1: 29, Set 2:33, Set 3 & 4: 29, Set 5: 42 Push ups.

In the afternoon after work, went to the gym and ran for 78 minutes and then rode the stationary bike for 45 minutes.

Came home and did my weights.

I try to do a "long run" once a week and have been trying to up my distance slowly. I run about every other day, some long, some shorter, and some with walking in between the running. It all depends on how my knees feel. They were feeling great the other day.
