What is your exercise plan? I collect Beachbody videos. I am gonna take those bad boys out of the plastic and try them out...seriously I own almost every one...more than enough to
keep me busy for awhile. If I get bored with that I will hit the gym with a buddy :)

What is your exercise plan? To exercise... no seriously. To Run at least 3 times a week, with a x-training day. Im going to try and get yoga in, but I never seem to do that.

I am prepped and ready for waking up and launching into travel

What is your exercise plan?
Daily I will complete the 4 beginners Tai Chai Videos and work on increasing my daily steps from 4000 to 7000 by the end of the challenge.
On days my pain levels will allow I will do the seated core and seated cardio videos

WooHoo!! I have My tennis shoes and work out clothes ready. I will be doing walking cardio 7 days a week of 1 - 2 miles. I will be doing biking cardio on Sun, Tues and Thurs. I will be doing strength training on Mon, Wed and Sat. I have 24 oz water bottles ready at home, farm and work. I am ready to rock this challenge!! Let's do it!!

I posted. Excited to be part of this challenge. I am already quite active (and spend a lot of time doing rehab leg exercises for physical therapy) and am not planning to increase my exercise too much for this challenge. But I will do my best to up my steps and add upper body/core weights.

Yes I am hoping to do more once my surgeon gives me the go ahead and I see him tomorrow. I had my hip replaced about 10 weeks ago, so he will take exercises tomorrow and hopefully release me from the hip precautions I have had to take. I have been doing elliptical and walking outside. I have been doing weights for my upper body mostly with bands.

Yep! Well, I don't have workout clothes other than yoga pants, but I hope to change that soon.

What is your exercise plan?
- 40-45 minutes of walking 5x weekly
- 10-15 minutes of dance or kickboxing videos 5x weekly
- Strength training 3x weekly
- Yoga whenever possible

Luckily, I can wear yoga pants to work. Everything else is all set.

What is your exercise plan?
My Plan is to get 10000 steps daily.
45 minutes of activity (treadmill, interval training)
I plan to add weights and core training 3x a week.

Yep, bought new shoes last night, and I'm ready!

What is your exercise plan?
I'm working up to 10K steps a day. Right now my goal is 7K/day 6 days a week, and adding 1K steps a week til I'm at 10K.

I spin every morning, just started 15 min sessions. Working up to 30 6x a week.

I walk when I can, at least 1 walk on a break at work and I'm figuring out my plan for when we start April 8.

I have a tendency to start too hard and end up injured. I'm not doing that again!

my exercise plan :

walk 10000 steps at least 5 days per week
strength train three days per week probably on tues thur and sat
do cardio and dance tapes the other three days per week wed=fri and sun

will be getting a bike when I can find one that fits me ( very short) and will add some bike riding in with the walking.

have my walking shoes, exercise tapes, and water bottle ready. have hand weights and exercise ball along with resistance bands.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Tuesday - Thursday: 30-45 minutes strength training

I love my recumbent bike, I have been walking and started working on lifting free weights. I always drink my water. Just ordered 2 new pairs of sneakers. When the weather gets a little warmer, I will be in the pool doing water aerobics!

Walking shoes will be bought next week.
Water bottle ready, and holder installed on walker.
Walking poles ready.

My exercise plan is necessarily flexible, but when I'm at the hospital I walk with my walker. When it's nice out, I use my walking poles (my husband is with me then, so I know if I have a problem I'm not alone). I'll be adding yoga this week, and free weights the week after. Then I'm at Justyna7's B&B for a week, so it's aquafitness every day! I imagine we'll also be walking every day, unless it's horrid outside. After that, back to the other, increasing as my fitness does.

Haven't posted my 2017 Spring 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment to my Spark Page yet, but will be doing so this week.

I have my gym clothes, good tennis shoes and I always have my water bottle beside me.

I will be using my treadmill and elliptical. I also have many workout videos I will be using.

I have gym clothes, shoes, water bottle ready.

I plan to re-implement my exercise plan: walking, elliptical at least 3x a week, hand weights. I do occasional 5k walks and sometimes walk at the zoo/botanical garden. There's a very big hill there so it's tough.

Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? Yes & No. I have my water bottle ready, workout clothes ready, but need new sneakers. Plan to get some next weekend.

What is your exercise plan? To do 5 minutes of squats and lunges when taking dogs out each morning after doing 10 minutes of crunches, bridges, and "dead bug" moves in bed before rising. I also plan to go to the gym twice a week for some elliptical action and do some of Coach Nicoles sitting workout videos during breaks from work.

What is your exercise plan?

- PT exercises for foot, knees & back: 6 days/week

- Slow walk with poles: 5 days/week; start with 5-10 mins & work my way up

- Strength training at home: 3 days/week

- Aerobic exercise on recumbent bike: 3+ days/week; start with 10 mins & increase as able

Other LTGL (Living the Good Life) inspirations to continue each week:

-  Spend 30 minutes decluttering at least 3 times per week.  This can be a drawer, closet, or simply the "surfaces" of furniture in each room.

-  Continue with the NEE (no eating in the evening) concept:  after my dinner meal, plan one healthy snack to have later in the evening and nothing else. So far, a cup of herbal tea and a small biscotti has fit the bill.

1. Hiking at least 3 times a week with our dogs, and take my camera.
2. Workout with Jessica Smith (variety)

April 19th to End of Challenge:
1. Unpack at least 2 boxes a day, hang up clothes and MOVE!
2. Walk to Marshall and back daily (not sure of distance, but hills! Oh my, hills!)
3. Once on my new health insurance, go to the gym and do weights for 30 minutes 2 times a week.

Yep... same ol' exercise clothes that I've been using, new sneaks... it's all ready to go.

I am doing cardio a minimum of five days a week, strength training three days and some sort of hike on the weekend.

What is your exercise plan? Intentional walking for 3 miles most days of the week (at least 5 days). 3 hours of cardio ( elliptical or bike riding ) each week. Using new rowing machine for 20-30 mins 3 times a week but slowly to get use to the machine and using different muscle groups. Strength Training twice a week. Shoulder PT stretches everyday.

Walking, outside and when I can't doing either videos or the treadmill. I am upping my steps with the warmer weather.

What is your exercise plan? unsure of exact plan as I am looking into a new gym and unsure what I will do there.
I will be doing for sure some walking and yoga,but had to change my exercise because it lowers blood pressure too low. So in the meantime I will see what else I can do at the gym. Will know in a week exact plan. Before exercise it is 80/50,way too low, light exercise and walking does raise it.

I did post general information on my exercise plan. When I sign up for my exercise classes I will know what I will be doing and post it before the start date.

Going back to my original exercise plan:
40 min. cardio per day (part of this needs to be higher intensity than walking at least 5 days)
15 min. ST (min.) 3 days per week
Yoga 2 days per week

Nutrition is changing.
Intermittent fasting schedule: Eating between 7 am breakfast and 2 - 3 pm. Fasting the rest of the day.
VERY LITTLE gluten! I'm not saying 'no gluten' because that will make me crave it, but it really does nasty things to me.

I plan to walk more on the days I don't get to the gym When I'm at gym I will do the treadmill on the random setting with a steeper incline .

5 %Spring challenge exercise Plans

Cardio

10000 steps 4 days per week

3 days 1 hour walk via Mary's to include the 99 steps from the High St to the main road.all weathers.( this is Scotland)

3 days minimum 30 mins exercise bike or walk if its dry.

Friday is rest day. After 2 hours hall cleaning at Kirk any more makes me overtired and leads to mindless munching for comfort.

Strength
Chair squats starting at 10, adding 5 daily, target 300 by end of challenge. Starting 24/3/17

What is your exercise plan? Spring 5% exercise commitment:

Now until April 17th
1. Walk to the main road and back daily (1.25 miles)
2. Go to the gym and lift weights 2 times a week for 30 minutes minimum.
3. Take Angela (cat) out for a walk on her leash daily.

April 18th: Moving Day! Lots of walking to the airport, around the airport and home!

April 19th to End of Challenge:
1. Unpack at least 2 boxes a day, hang up clothes and MOVE!
2. Walk to Marshall and back daily (not sure of distance, but hills! Oh my, hills!)
3. Once on my new health insurance, go to the gym and do weights for 30 minutes 2 times a week.

3. Additional 100-200 minutes minimum doing aerobic exercise to include walking, spinning, stationary bike, swimming, or videos. If my knees allow, a daily neighborhood walk 7 days a week.

Starting today - aim for at least 20 minutes of daily exercise to gain momentum and surge into Spring. You can break it into smaller sessions if that helps. It is important to remember to stay physically active. But don't mistake being busy for being physically active, you need exercise.

Exercise

Resources - Dust off the scale, get your exercise clothes out where you can see them, pull out the runners, find the gym bag, wash and fill the water bottle, find the pedometer, the heart rate monitor, swim suit, dog leash if you have a dog, take the clothes off the treadmill, find your Biggest Loser workout DVDs, see what exercise programs are at your gym, on TV, Spark TV, youtube, or learn to use Map My Walk on Spark, find a Meetup group that walks, dances or bikes. Look on freecycle.com for a free treadmill or exercise bike, or fix the flat tires on your bike and get out there.

Tip - put a pair of runners and a hat in the car so you are ready to walk any time.

Program - Plan on what exercise you actually will do. If you are just starting out aim for consistency; will you walk daily for 10 minutes? If you have been exercising for awhile can you challenge yourself to increase the intensity and time? Follow Spark exercises for upper, core, lower and whole body exercises. Look at chair exercises if you have mobility issues or to add additional exercise minutes while you watch TV. Spark exercises are excellent and require little equipment, and are the same as other professional trainers assign.
