I have a checklist for each day that helps keep me accountable. I have a mug that helps me track how much water I'm drinking. I have a timer set on my Fitbit to remind me to go to start winding down for bed at a certain time.

What I really need to do is start packing my lunches the night before. It would help with not feeling so rushed in the morning and eliminate the possibility that I'm overtired/not hungry and so nothing sounds good at 7am.

I have a good plan for success, but sometimes real life interferes with my plans, but I always have some healthy snacks I can take with me and I always care my water bottle wherever I go. If I eat out, I am very careful about what I order and get all dressings on the side. I carry Stevia tablets with me if I want an iced tea. I do try to follow my plans as well as I can! Sometimes my back pain flares and then I need to rest for a day or two and that is definitely not planned.

Somewhat, but I'd like to tweak and improve upon it before the challenge starts.

Do you have it where you see it often?
Yes.

Please tell us what works for you.
Writing things down the night before really helps. Planning my meals and exercise for certain times really helps keep me on track. Establishing a routine helps me settle in really nicely.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes preparation for a successful tomorrow? Yes, I try to make sure I have everything ready the night before.

Do you have it where you see it often? I keep reminders in my phone for right when I get home, so I can pack my bags with the correct items before I sit down & get too cozy & start making excuses.

Please tell us what works for you.

I set reminders so they are recurring and then I only have to change them if something unusual happens (rescheduled training, etc.)
It reminds me right when I get home so I can quick get everything done.
-Empty my backpack from the day/used containers to dishwasher
-Pack work clothes/items like umbrellas
-Prep lunch for the next day - usually portioning out in containers or making a quick salad
-Lay out exercise clothes/hair tie/bobby pins for the next morning
-Make sure I have my gym items in my backpack - toiletries, etc.
-Bring anything I will need for errands (things to mail/prescriptions to pick up, etc)
-Track food for the next day while I am resting after I prep everything
-Set alarm to wake up at 6am
-Go to bed at 9:00pm

I'm a list maker. I plan out my "TO DOs" the night before on a 5x8 yellow note pad.
If I have calls to make, it includes the number and subject.
I have separate section for errands and another for exercises.
I do my meal planning directly into my phone, on the Spark app.

Do you have questions Team Members here can answer for you? I've been so busy I haven't had time to just sit and read everything yet. Has a start date been posted yet?

I make a checklist early in the evening and get it done. I don't always do this but when I do, it helps!

emoticon Do you already have a daily routine that includes preparation for a successful tomorrow?
Yes. I try and plan my meals the day before and get everything ready for the next day.

Do you have it where you see it often?
I don't have a set reminder, but I do try and stick to a routine when I can.

Please tell us what works for you.
I have a bunch of coolers that I use to take to work or when I go out to try and avoid eating out. My boss has a teapot and I carry tea with me in my purse so I can always have a cup if I want something sweet. Mint tea works wonders for sugar cravings!

Do you have questions Team Members here can answer for you?
I do... I have some cooked ground beef for lunch tomorrow, but I don't know what to mix it with. Message me with something good that I can make with it!

Plan for success - do your homework today so you succeed tomorrow. Take a few minutes today to make your lunch for tomorrow, update your schedule and do a few things so you have time to take care of yourself and don't feel rushed. If you do not already have a list/routine please use this one or make up your own.

Prepare you own WIN tomorrow checklist to help you plan for success the next day.

Get water bottles ready
Have healthy snacks ready
Plan 3 meals for tomorrow
Have workout clothes and sneakers ready
Schedule tomorrow's workout in on calendar.
