I said today will be a rest day, but will see. Yesterday I completed 110mins of exercise...45 min each of step aerobics and weight training and 20 mins of walk/jog intervals.

don't know where to start.

morning work-out started with emoticon .for 30 mins.

emoticon for 30mins.than in the evening i want to my trainer.

he had me.

emoticon .for 25mins.
emoticon 3 setsof 10.

emoticon 3 sets of10.

emoticon ..3 sets of 15.and after all that i did some,stretching.could do anything else after that.

Stretching, walking, jumping jacks, stretching again at the gym , lunches, crunches, assisted pull ups, heel press and I did 2 sets of seated row machine after a long time. This evening I did the hip hop dance with crunches after dinner and stretching. I did a lot today so i think tomorrow will be my rest day.

walking 3.5 miles earlier in the day, 1 hour treadmill, walking tonight at church and I did some walking when I visited my Mom twice today.
