I have my checklists synced between my computer, phone, and tablet so that I can see them anywhere that I am. Sometimes I'll have a timer go off for certain things. Also, in certain situations, I'll print my checklist for the day. My routine that I have set up for myself and my husband, when he's not at work, works well for us and we coordinate our working out even if we don't do it together some days.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being?

Yes. I usually work in the afternoons so the mornings are dedicated to "me time". I usually weigh in, do some exercise, take some quiet thinking time and read, and organize my house. I walk to work and back nearly every day, which is a 20 minute walk each way. I cook most of my own meals and freeze portions in advance. I have no trouble drinking water and eat mostly whole foods, no sugar. I do strict calorie counting and food tracking, eating 3 healthy meals centered around vegetables with lean proteins, and some whole grains. Routine is the key for me, and this is a pretty set routine.

Do you have it where you see it often? My food journal is right on the table so I log all meals and my laptop where I check into Spark daily is there too.

Please tell us what works for you.

I have to set up a system that I don't have to think about, it becomes automatic. Now that I've done that I can go on 'automatic pilot' with healthy routines. It seems to be the best way for me.

I am currently working on a daily routine. My life is a little chaotic right now, so I need to reorganize and stop procrastinating.

Once complete, I'm going to hang it on my refrigerator.

I do, but I am still getting consistent with my meal prep/planning and upping my fitness goals. I am hoping the challenge helps boost that.

Do you have it where you see it often?
Yes, I keep everything in my planner and I've posted the meals for the week on the white board on the fridge.

Consistency, when I have it works for me. This means logging everything I eat and drink, and consistent activity. I know low-carb works best for me with my PCOS.

I set a routine but it keeps changing every day … things interfere such as meetings at the church (some regular and some on the spur of the moment);

I don't have anything written down at this point but that is a good idea. I will try to do a spreadsheet check list like the others have mentioned and see if that will help me. Also, I have to get up earlier than I am now so I can fit everything in.

What works for me? starting by 8 in the morning (doesn't happen too often); get my exercise in early and out of the way before starting other things. Tracking throughout the day so I don't end up with everything piling up in the evening. I do freeze leftovers that helps a lot. I live alone although my son is usually here in the evening. It helps to have a meal that I can take out of the freezer and eat for lunch. Lights out by 12.

My inbox and bookmarks are how I create a sort of checklist for every day. I do my SparkTime morning and evening, and as I go through my Spark-related emails, it reminds me to post to threads, do my weigh-ins, etc. Plus, I have bookmark folders: SP Mornings (things like spinning the Spark wheel), SP Evenings (posting miles and LTGL to the challenge, etc.), and one for each day that I have to do weigh-ins (for me, I have weigh-ins on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, depending on the team). I go through them every morning and evening.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? mostly, my work schedule, and kids schedule isn't predictable enough to make one. But I do have a special journal that I'm tracking in, where if it's not checked off, I know I didn't do it yet.

Do you have it where you see it often? in my way so I don't miss it.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being?

Having just graduated and moved into a 9-5 (ish) job, I'm still trying to develop this routine! I meal plan Sundays - I select several recipes and make up my grocery list in the morning, shop in the late morning/early afternoon, and cook/cut veggies in the afternoon and early evening. This usually gives me enough lunches and dinners for the week. I've been less good about getting in my workouts. I need to figure out how to schedule those - and I think joining a gym and choosing 2-3 classes per week will help with that.

Do you have it where you see it often?

Meal planning - yes. Workouts - still trying to figure that out....

Please tell us what works for you.

I love cardio - especially anything I can do outside. Convincing me to run a 5K, spend a few hours kayaking, or going hiking all day takes no effort - tell me to strength train or do yoga, and my brain throws a temper tantrum. I need to figure out how to develop more balance, get in enough cardio during the week (instead of being a weekend warrior!), and how to prioritize ST and stretching.

FYI: not a morning person. My brain also throws a temper tantrum when people tell me to just get up early and do it in the morning. No. Just no.

I then exercise. It helps relieve some of the pain so I can get thru the rest of the day. I also know I worry incessantly til I have completed it

Do all my daily chores and shower

Rest of the day is based on work schedule, any appts, any of Mom's appts., and what chores Mom needs done.

Grocery shopping is always done on days I know I can come straight home and clean/prep/make salads. I tend to keep putting it off if it isn't done immediately then the food goes to waste. Cooking is done based on my work schedule so I have meals already prepared.

Bedtime is based on when my next shift is. When I have midnight shifts I stay up later or skip a night's sleep so I can adjust my sleep to daytime.

I have daily and weekly checklists pertaining to food/supplements, exercise, and other goals that I hang on the refrigerator. For example, my daily checklist includes a spot for checking off that I have exercised in the morning, afternoon, and early evening, but I do tic marks on the weekly checklist as to the type of exercise done so I am conscious about getting a proper variety of exercise (i.e. aerobic, stretching/balance, strength training) over the course of a week.

Also, one of the spots I have on the daily checklist is if I have tracked my food for the day (I use Weight Watchers tracking tool). However, on the weekly I check off certain types of food that I need to incorporate into my diet once a week.

Other goals? I am retired and live by myself, so have a goal of making social contact with someone at least once a day, I have de-cluttering goals as I have accumulated too much stuff over the years, and I will be adding goals pertaining to my circadian rhythms as well.

I have different lists for when I work nights, when I work days, and my days off. They all consist of planning my day right when I get up, watching my calorie intake, exercise. In the middle of my day I usually check out my calories and macros and adjust supper/snacks to that.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being?
Yes, I wake up around 5, eat a light breakfast, take my supplements, head to the gym at 8:30. Work at the computer until lunch, then I have a healthy lunch. Afternoons are for errands or more computer stuff, light supper, and I go to bed early, but I read (a real book, not e-book) until about 9:00 when it's lights out!

Do you have it where you see it often?
Not really, because I've had this routine for years - probably decades.

Please tell us what works for you.
The schedule I gave above is what works for me.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? Yes, most days I follow a pretty consistent routine which includes pre-planned healthy meals and daily exercise.

Do you have it where you see it often? I don't need to see it to know what I need to do; however, I do have a spreadsheet that I track things on.

Please tell us what works for you. I make up my plan for the week for both meals and exercise and I try very hard not to deviate from it.

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you? Not at this time.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? I like to have a more structured routine, but having a 3.5 month old and a 2 year old makes it difficult right now!!!

Do you have it where you see it often? Not until the little is a bit older!

Please tell us what works for you. Having a general schedule, but realizing that it will most likely change at some point during the day and some days nothing will get done =P

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you? Not yet.

My basic routine - starting today, since it's my first day back to work full-time and the littles are back in daycare =(

5:45 - wake up - get littles fed and ready for "school"
6:30 - shower and get myself ready for work (pump & clean up kitchen)
7:30 - leave for work
5:30 - home from work - get dinner ready
6:00 - dinner with everyone
6:30 - play with littles
7:00 - little #1 bath & bed
7:30 - clean up dinner - get food ready for next day
8:00 - gym (hopefully adding this back in now!)
9:00 - little #2 bath & bed
9:30 - finish up anything else needing to be done
10:30 - bed

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being?
Yes, I have a routine that is easy to follow. Been doing it for 2 years.

Do you have it where you see it often?
In my brain. Easy to find, as there is very little else in my brain ha ha
Oh, I do rely on my fitness band to track steps, workouts, and sleep (not bad for $20!). I have apps to track walks, exercise, weight etc. And I use Spark on my PC (the phone app is not so good...you cannot even manual add mileage walked)

Please tell us what works for you.
I keep a bicycle water bottle on my desk and drink at least 3 of them a day (9 glasses). I eat the same thing at home for most meals. Breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs, or a bowl of oatmeal. Lunch & dinner are the same thing most days: 100 grams of pork (sometimes chicken), 1 cup mixed veggies. Occasionally I add in a pack of pancit (ramen'ish noodles). For snacks I have apples and individual sachets of nuts (about 1 tbl per pack).
I walk 3-5 km a day, at no particular time. It is the rainy season so I have to walk around the storms. I eat 'all things in moderation' so there are no good or bad foods - just wrong portion amounts.

I should drink less rum... but let's keep it realistic ha ha. What is the point of living on a tropical island if you cannot have a cuba libre after dinner?

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? No, since retirement from teaching, I've relished the lack of routine. I had a regimented day with lesson plans, schedules, and bells for nearly 30 years. I'm not going back. emoticon

Do you have it where you see it often? I have calendars on the walls?

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? Yes, I use Trello and have one DayFlow list for weekdays and then two for the weekends since they are so different.

Do you have it where you see it often? Yes, I have it on my phone so it's always with me and then I also use it on my computer. I keep a tab open.

Please tell us what works for you.

Trello cards allow me an actual checklist that I check off each day and then start anew the next day. I do much better when my environment is strict and I do the same things everyday in the same order. Things are becoming habits and I don't have to think about most of these which is good.

Wake up 5:30 a.m.
Morning Routine
Eat breakfast while sitting outside and pre-log meals for the day
Walk 10 min then water my flowers
Reboot laundry
Exercise
Clean my house
Errands, outing with friends or read for pleasure or self-improvement
(the above have become habits, the afternoon ones I'm still working on)
Lunch and check in with private SP team
Top thing on my To-Do List
Cook dinner
Declutter for 20 min
Read
Nap
Eat dinner with family
Sit with my mil
Journal my day
Check in with 5% Challenge and Cloverleafs
Plan my day for tomorrow
Do Nighttime Routine
Watch one TV show with hubby
Read in bed
Sleep around midnight

In between these checking social media. emoticon

I've tried different timings for exercise and morning seems to be the best but I can't just get up and do it before everything else. I tried that too.

I use an app called Strides. I love it. I am tracking 7 habits and it gives an average. I've also set a goal so that becomes my minimum and maximum for the day. I've set my goals slightly above where I currently am and not where I would like to be. I slowly raise it when I reach the goal for 7 days. So I'm constantly stretching myself a bit at a time reaching for my goals versus jumping for it. Jumping doesn't work for me. It's been fun watching the red days turn to green

yes, but it's different every day depending on when I work (and what shift).

Do you have it where you see it often? I keep it by my bed, so I look at it when I get up in the morning (or afternoon) and plan my day right away

Please tell us what works for you.
Plan ahead. Prepare what I know I need and like - clean veggies, cut them up, clean fruits (i.e. berries, melons).

Win Today Check List

I don't have a check list.

I am retired and since I don't punch a time clock any longer I just go with the flow. Sleep when I am tired, wake when my eyes open.
Unless I have appointments or meeting friends ( all my friends are retired also) that is usually how it goes.

When I wake I do the morning routine wash, brush teeth and hair. Only get dressed if I am going out , otherwise I am in lounger ware, suitable for company.

I usually wake up anywhere from 6 to 8 AM.
Take meds.

Eat breakfast and then do Sparks sitting Video.11 mins.

Check Sparks ,facebook and emails and answer post.

I log food for the day on Sparks tracker.

Do whatever has to be done around the house.

Eat lunch. then do Sparks sitting Video.11 mins.

Take a shower.

Check computer again LOL

Will be adding stretch band Spark video 3x a week ( I ordered them) 12 mins.

Then it's whatever Read, Sew,make post- its. Visit friend mostly they come to me, Food shop or just shop LOL,, Will be joining a new groups in my new neighborhood, not sure how often they meet, but have been told they are a active group.

Of course doctors appointment 3x a month, general, breathing and heart Doc.
Book club once a month.
Church on Saturday evening or Sunday morning.

Reading is a problem for me -- Once I start reading a book I can't put it down till I an finished. Usually takes me two days because I do have to do other things.

Like I said whatever pops up.

Right now I am in the posses of moving, the apartment closing is on the 12th, so have been doing a lot of cleaning and packing. After the move will be unpacking and finding a place for everything ..

Cook dinner for hubby and me.

Eat.

Evenings are spent answering challenges on Sparks, posting to facebook, answering emails maybe watch a movie.

Bed is usually around 10 - 12 PM. ..

I printed out a copy of the win today checklist to look it over.

I've recently become acquainted with Trello & keep what I call a 'day flow" list for each day of the week on there. I'm not 100% at following it, but I've found when I follow it my day goes more smoothly and with better choices.

I have a WIN TODAY for the week, and 2 other WIN TODAY checklists for each of the days on the weekends. Weekends are different, so I need a different plan.

With the change of season, it is easier to make lifestyle changes. Put some thought into your goals and plan to make it a happy and healthy season. Build good habits, you are worth it. Motivation is what get you started, habit is what keeps you going.

Are you random on how you get things done? Does time get away from you and workouts are missed and meals are sketchy? Get out of the time waster, bad habit rut. Today is the start of your path to fitness and weight loss. Set goals YOU NEED to accomplish for a successful day and create a daily routine to get you there.

You choose how your day will go, with a routine you do over and over again, eventually making it a habit. Once it is a habit, you do not need to consciously think about it to act. You do not let things slip and you save time by not having to decide what to do with your day. End the day knowing you followed your routine and are taking the steps to to achieve your goals.

Remind yourself often 'do what you should do, when you should do', no procrastination.

Here is a sample.
