Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? Yes

Do you have it where you see it often? Yes

Please tell us what works for you. Routine works for me. Prepare for today, the night before, and there are certain things I do every single day like taking my meds, working out, and basic care of my body and mind.

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you? No, but I'll ask if I think of anything I need to know.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being?

I live a sedentary lifestyle, but I basically dispose of my time. My commitment is to include in my schedule 2 hours of movement a day, various movements I enjoy.

Do you have it where you see it often?

No, I never thought of this.

Please tell us what works for you.

I am not strictly following a schedule, but that makes me procrastinate most of the time..
A couple of days ago I thought I should switch the time I spend on Facebook to Sparkpeople - a lot of things might improve. Communication is very important for me.

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you?

I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? I have a routine because I work - that MAKES you have some sort of routine! I pack my breakfast/lunch each day. Weekends, I tend to be a little more relaxed, yet - I stay connected with SparkPeople and the Challenge ~ in some, meaningful way - each and every day!

Do you have it where you see it often? Yes

Please tell us what works for you. Being on some sort of routine so that I don't have to think hard about what I'm doing.

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you? I'm one of the Overall Leaders of the 5% Challenge and also a CL for one of the teams. If you have a question that you need answered, I suggest going to the leaders of your team first. If you still have unanswered questions, feel free to reach out to me!

If you missed Assignments please follow the link. Do these at your own pace. I've done 5 so far ... I hope to finish all of them today. If for some reason that doesn't happen, I plan to finish all of the activities BEFORE Saturday, 4/6/19 ( emoticon of the 2019 Spring 5% Challenge).

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? No because I fell off track the past couple of months but that's why I joined this challenge so I can get back on track

Do you have it where you see it often? Not yet

Please tell us what works for you. Nothing yet. But I'm going to join the ymca and start an exercise routine and I'm going to get back to eating better

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you? How do you do it? How do you make these routines and stick with them?

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being?

Absolutely!! It's updated as I eat breakfast. I don't usually put the food I'm eating for the day because I like choices at the spur of the moment, but I have several good choices so I don't stop on the way home. Plus I work with clients who live to go and eat. It's their time, their pick. I've let them know any place is fine. I always can find something healthy.

Do you have it where you see it often?

Yes, always by the time
8:30-8:50 Eat / daily text
9-9:20 Shower/dress
9:30 Leave for work
10-1 Work
1:30-3:30 Gym
4-6 Rest--Sparks, Eat
7-7:30 Walk, read
7:30-8 Shower

Please tell us what works for you.

As each item is completed I put ***DONE***
It's just satisfying. But not everyday, everything gets done and hey, that's ok!!

Yes, I do have a daily plan--in my habits tracker journal I have my daily goals and check in each morning to remind myself and each evening to check off what I've done.

I meal plan a couple of times a week--usually Monday and Thursday.

I don't have a physical plan per se. But I definitely use the SP Startup list as a guide. So it tends to go as follows:

Wake up 635 (after 3 snoozes)
Take my vitamins/meds with 16 oz glass of water
Start eggs boiling, fill work water bottle, pull lunch bag out of fridge
Get to work - Log In, eat by boiled egg whites
Hit Sparkpeople
Plot actual gym workout
Lap around bldg by 11 am
Snack 11 am (refill Water)
Lap around bldg by 2 pm (if possible)
Lunch (refill Water)
Lap round bldg by 430 pm
Pre-workout snack
Gym-time 545-700 pm (refill water)
Cook/Eat dinner
Repack gym bag
Pack Lunch
Shower
Chill time (Finish steps if not at 8K)
Bed between 10-11.

Doesn't change too much from that until the weekend. But I'm a creature of habit, so now need to right it down. Every day is normally the same.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? Yes. I am very, very routine. I plan and prepare for my lunches on work days ahead of time. Always make sure we have plenty of fruit, veggies, string cheese, etc. I also work hard to increase my 'fitness/exercise.' That's my weak point.

Do you have it where you see it often? I do not have it printed. It's just such a routine for me.

Please tell us what works for you. Plan ahead and prepare for the week on weekends. I have stretch bands that I keep by the television so that I can add a little workout time to my day. It actually helps my knee and with stiffness. Water is something else that is extremely important for me.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? Yes. I'm striving to make it my permanent lifestyle..

Do you have it where you see it often? I have gym class schedules memorized and make effort for 100% attendance. I have a variety of cardio and strength routines, plus machines, at home and have an exercise file on my computer, plus some printed workouts. I like to vary my home workouts and also have many that can be done on-the-road.

Please tell us what works for you. Doing my best to keep my routine, follow gym class schedule, make sure I've saved time for home workouts AND do them.

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you? I'm new to this team and am learning as I go. I've found most answers on the team pages so far.

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being?
My DH works a 7on-7off schedule, so we have a different schedule every other week.

Do you have it where you see it often?
I am a creature of habit, so unless I get called to work, my days are the same.

Please tell us what works for you.
My basic routine is:
Breakfast
Check business e-mail
Do household errands, or clean
Lunch (salad)
Sew
Get my walk in and feed the stray dogs at the end of the street.
Dinner (usually chicken and roasted vegetables)
Check e-mail and Spark People, Facebook
Bedtime

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you?
I'm sure I will before this is over.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home

I wake up at 4AM and stretch for 20 minutes this includes some ab and butt exercises
I let the dogs out brush my teeth then feed the dogs and get dressed etc
I have to be to work at 6 AM
I eat my fruit salad and yogurt that was pre-made with my Client while he eats
After work I clean house and work in the yard or I will also get in a walk to the mailbox with the dogs Once in a great while I will work with free weights
Lunch is either a chia yogurt fruit smoothie or a balance bar
Usually chill for an hour or so after I eat and crochet or color
Any phone calls made are done while walking No sitting allowed
Then I make dinner .
After dinner we will chill
Bedtime snack for the moment is a little cutie and some grapes
99% of our food is fresh prepared we rarely eat out , I pre make all of our to go meals . It really helps save time and it is portion controlled .
I will allow myself to have a cookie or a bowl of ice cream as a treat and I always have some type of Hershey minis in the house . I am not a binge eater so I don't have trigger food issues

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? I do.

Do you have it where you see it often? It is a routine for me so it is not posted anywhere.

Please tell us what works for you.
I get up and get dressed.
I have a cup of stress reducing tea.
I walk 1k-2k steps.
I start work (I work at home)
About an hour after I wake up, I eat breakfast.
I brush my teeth.
Every half hour, I try to walk around the house for 5 minutes.
At 10am I have a healthy snack
At noon, I have a healthy lunch
In between, I continue to get my steps.
Depending on my workload, I take a break at 2:30 to work out. If it is a crazy day, I work out after I complete all my deliverable items for the day.
I have a healthy afternoon snack at 3pm or after my workout.
After my workout, I walk the dogs.
Around 6 ish I have a healthy dinner.
I take a shower. I keep walking
I check email, post in Spark People.
Then I read, take an online class, play games, crochet, or build with Legos. It all depends on what kind of mood I am in for the evening. Sometimes, hubby will turn on the TV so I may watch it.
Then at about 9ish, I floss, brush my teeth and go to bed.

That is pretty much my day. On weekends, I spend more time reading or building with Legos or I spend time with the grand kids. I try to go outside as much as I can weather permitting.

I am grateful for my health, friends, family, and home.
I am kind and caring.

As much as possible. Each day is different at the college - some days I have meetings and other days I teach. But basically my routine is fairly stable day to day.

Do you have it where you see it often?
Not written, because it's always the same. I try to vary the evenings and weekends, and those things are in my datebook.

Please tell us what works for you.
Just going day to day and looking for places where I can get in a little variety. Basically my schedule is wake up, water, coffee, breakfast, drive to the college, come home to grade, garden, nap, or whatever I need to do. I go to bed early with a good book, go to sleep around 9 or 10 at the latest. Weekends, I try to get in a few fun activities, church on Sunday, preparing for the next week. The gym is my "go to" at least 5 mornings each week.

Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you?
I know how to find the answers on the Spark pages or ask someone.

Yes, this is the one that's going to take me some work. A lot of my exercise is fix-up projects around the house, the cars, my mom-in-law's house. I never know how long these will take and i never know how long it will take to recover. My problem is I don't consistently do my aerobic or resistance exercises when I have a longer lull in the projects. I schedule them, but I'm always more busy than able to accomplish, so I de-prioritize the exercise. I definitely need to work on this!

With the change of season, it is easier to make lifestyle changes. Put some thought into your goals and plan to make it a happy and healthy season. Build good habits, you are worth it. Motivation is what get you started, habit is what keeps you going.

Are you random on how you get things done? Does time get away from you and workouts are missed and meals are sketchy? Plan for a successful and productive week and get out of the time waster, bad habit rut. Your success is found in your daily routine. Today is the start of your path to fitness and weight loss. Set goals YOU NEED to accomplish for a successful day and create a daily routine to get you there.

You choose how your day will go, with a routine you do over and over again, eventually making it a habit. Once it is a habit, you do not need to consciously think about it to act. You do not let things slip and you save time by not having to decide what to do with your day. End the day knowing you followed your routine and are taking the steps to to achieve your goals.

Remind yourself often 'do what you should do, when you should do', no procrastination. Push harder than yesterday if you want a different tomorrow.

Here is a sample.
