It's another day .. you woke up .. now get up and get busy!

What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout?
I would never think of it!

Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie?

You can do this

Are you sure you want to skip because you'll just do two workouts tomorrow?

Since I'm a threatre lover, especially musical theatre - there is a song - no matter what the situation/circumstance, the words fit perfectly ... I refer to these many, many times. The song is 'FOR GOOD' from 'Wicked' as sunc by Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth.

I, personally, love the entire song - but the words following give a really good idea what it is about.
