Steam until soft and add to guacamole. Go easy on the garlic, lime, chili so as not to overwhelm the flavour.

We like roasted asparagus. Place it on top of brown rice or pasta. Leftovers (if there are any!) are nice on a salad. Here's a recipe but I make it even simpler. I spray a cookie sheet and the asparagus with olive oil and I don't add additional spices.

My family goes vegetarian ever year for lent , I have Asparagus and trying to find something to make with it any good suggestions? Or any good anything?
