I'd love to work on doing more ST. It is something that I have struggled to be consistent with and I definitely need to work on building it up. I'm amazed how much weaker I am now, after not doing it for so long. And I think starting off with the bodyweight exercises would be great. I was doing a lot of those workouts before and it did really help me to build up my strength.

Maybe just a target number of strength-training workouts? I like to do about two a week, so a goal of 100 for the year would be great.

I noticed many of you wanted to have something to track strength training too... so here it is. What can we begin with? Maybe we can focus on body strength exercises at first, and then build up... put your ideas here in this thread... let's kick this around a bit and devise some plans.
