In 'How not to Diet' Dr. Greger describes 17 'ingredients' of a weight loss diet. This way you can check if the diet you are considering has those 'ingredients'. I created a thread for each 'ingredient'. Post your thoughts and experiences, information and other insights or questions about that particular 'ingredient' on the corresponding thread.

Later on, Dr. Greger suggests 21 'tweaks' to your diet to maximize weight loss. For almost every tweak, too, I created a thread so you can share your findings and questions.

If you would like me to read and reply to a post you make, please notify me of your post by sparkmail as sadly, SP does not send me notifications of new posts because I live in Europe.

I have posted a thread for each of the 'weight loss boosters' and 'ingredients for a healthy weight loss program' from Dr. Greger's book 'How not to Diet' on this forum.
In the next months I'll start posting content on those threads. If there is a particular booster or 'ingredient' that you would like to learn about, let me know and I'll see if I can start with those topics, first.
