ok. For anyone that's interested in viewing what the garmin swim watch records and how the data looks after uploading to my Garmin Account, I posted a blog with some print screens. Of course SP made them a little small, but you might get a general idea. I also have a master spreadsheet on google docs I can share if you're interested.

Cheers!

Thanks, I'd love to see a read-out. If it's to big for the board send it as an attachment in a PM.

I LOVE my Garmin Swim. I love looking at my stats on Garmin Connect - tracks my rests, intervals, etc. Most of the time, I think it's accurate. When it's not accurate, I think it might be user error :-( If you're interested, I can try and print screen my results from Garmin so you can see what they look like.

Never tried a Garmin. I find the clock on the wall is good enough for me.

Just sharing my workout for today. I did okay, but my Garmin Swim recorded things a little differently than what I remember. I'm pretty sure it's user error :-( I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm trying. My FREEs are improving, but had to stop after second turn during the 75s to catch my breath. I'm okay with that. When I first started at the end of May, I couldn't even swim a length.
