Hi. I'm certainly not able to give medical advice! But here's a thought I had on this. Do you have a buoy for your legs? You could let your legs float and just do an arm workout. I'm not the most technical of our swimmers here, so I'm going to ask others to take a look and see if they have options.

Hi Yall,
Im not asking for medical advice but I hurt myself and now I ended up with somewhat swollen ankles with little bit of pain I want to start back working out. I normally do like 78 laps = like an hr and a half. what would be a light work out but still hard core that I have a chance at losing weight at the same time workout during the healing process of this ankle situation.
