Sorry to see you go, Laurie. Maybe it's just a plateau and you're actually healthier.

Successes: Nothing stands out, just more consistency but that's worked four years now for me.

Improve: More freggies. I hit 5 servings four days but it feels like less.

Awesome? Feeling strong in both personal and professional lives so, yes.

I'm stepping out of this for awhile. It isn't working for me. Apparently points are not a motivator. I've been steadily gaining weight since we started this, so clearly I need to figure out some other way. Maybe I'll rejoin sometime later this summer.

I will track food next week. This week was a bit of a muddle. It was teacher/staff appreciation week and our PTG feeds us EVERY DAY! Not always good for you food, but I feel very spoiled! This coming week I am trying to eat less animal fat. So far for the weekend, I had Salmon for dinner yest and beans on Sat. I am sure it will be easy once I get it rolling. I am out of peanut butter, so I had a different breakfast today, but I will be back on easy breakfast tracking tomorrow.

I love the "Usual" Groupings. I will do that too. It will help me in my laziness! :) Several years ago I had set up several groupings and used them all the time too.

Successes: I managed to up my steps using my tracker, even though I forgot to wear it all day on Friday. 71220 steps this week vs 67444 last week not even including Friday. My usual Friday is around 8000 steps so I think that is a great success.

Improve: More organized, less frazzled, more structure, less stress! I am getting end of the year-itis and I need to stay focused to stay sane! Watch my animal fats and study more about cholesterol free eating. I am really bummed.

Awesomeness: I am feeling pretty awesome today. I love my Monday morning class and I am trying to be more calm and focused in the office today. I plan on reading a book this evening. My Mondays are my quiet me evening.

Successes: Upped (slightly) fruitables. Started tracking foods, it's pretty easy when the intake is as usual as mine. I built the usual breakfast and the two usual lunches in the Groupings tab on the nutrition page with the inspired labels of "Breakfast- usual," Lunch- sandwich" and "Lunch- salad". Add the usual fruits into Favorites and click as snack or lunch and I'm off to something else.

Improve: (yawn) more sleep.

Awesomeness: I'm feeling pretty awesome.

Thank you Jon,

No help needed. I have just hit a wall at home and at work. We are winding down for the year and everyone is really overwhelmed and crabby, including me! I forgot to wear my tracker one day and I have to figure out how to track my food because I have had to switch it up on my diet. My cholesterol went up again and I am really frustrated. I am doing "everything right" but not getting any results. sigh

Now I got on the computer only to discover that I actually downloaded the spreadsheet at work and didn't put it back on the web. So I may check in tomorrow when I am at work or I may start over here and just do my best.

Successes:
* I got in 4 swims. I think my strategy of ordering new suits for motivation helped. It feels good to swim in a new suit :-)
* I slept better this week, although I had some odd dreams
* I tracked 5 out of 7 days, which is pretty good for me (but see below)
* I got 14 points for cleaning up The Kid's bedroom. So help me God, he better keep it that way

Things to improve:
* I'm still not staying in my ranges. Tracking is at least letting me see where the problem is, but I can't seem to stop eating. And it's all the wrong foods. I ate something garbagy every day except one.
* I have a lot of emotional crap going on right now and I'm still in a depressive funk. I'm going to dig into some of that this week, maybe purge some of it out of my system.
* My weight is up by .8 lbs. I should have expected it, because the reason it was down so much is because I was sick.

I took the week off, points-wise.

Successes: Maintained my consistency (I'm actually quite boring that way). I've kept up the new-found extra stretch time and it really makes a difference.

To work on: More core work gearing towards getting back in the water. More stepper.

Awesome: Meh.

I've got a definite pattern going on here and it's showing a trend toward some really bad old habits rearing their ugly heads. I need to be a lot more mindful of what I put into my mouth and making myself get in my workouts.

2-3 successes: This is a tough reach
* I remembered my vitamins every day. (My last eye exam showed the tiny spots that indicate the beginning of macular degeneration are completely gone now.)
* I lost a couple pounds. (but see below)

2-3 things to improve:
* I did a lot of binging this week on junk food. Almost every evening. It's emotional eating out of boredom and frustration because of the boredom. I only hit my nutrition goals once all week.
* I am still stuck in that dead end thinking of "I'm down a bit today so I can eat whatever I want." I gained back all but 1 lb of the few that I lost. This is why I've been stuck for so long.
* I only swam twice. No walking and no biking. I did buy two new swimsuits, hoping they will help kick start my motivation.

I don't feel too awesome. I'm still in a depressive funk, not sleeping well, and I really don't know what to do about it.

2-3 Successes:
- Dealt with a LOT of anxiety this week and am proud of myself for it.
- Found a new therapist.
- Hit nutrition goals 4/7 days and tracked 5/7 days, despite how stressful this week was.
- Hurting my hand got in the way of some workouts. But instead, I came up with a different workout for Saturday morning. :D
- I *think* I lost weight, but can't tell b/c of my stupid TOM...

2-3 things to improve on over the next week.
- Focus on recognizing anxiety and trying to move past it (rather than focusing on it).
- Drink more water :D
- ENJOY the traveling I have to do this week - be sure to take time AWAY from work. :D
- GET ENOUGH SLEEP THIS WEEK! You function better with the correct amount of sleep.

*shrug* Yep, I'm pretty freaking awesome. :P Hoping to keep that in my mind during this upcoming hectic week.
