I'm down. I've had a sh!tty few months life wise (screw anxiety) and work wise. I've been doing decently getting back in the swing the last couple of weeks but it's be good to have an excuse to be back on here. I miss you guys (but have been having trouble coming back and making my backsliding visible...)

For me, is want to track a few things
- fitness minutes - most of my workouts aren't distance based anymore
- water drank - I forget about this all the time
- food tracked - just y/n for each day
- in ranges - just y/n for each day

Weight loss is not a focus right now.

How about a new challenge? The older ones seem to have petered out a bit. Who's interested in a shorty month long challenge?

I, for one, have had an utterly sucky July, both personally and professionally. I've had a very hard time getting to the pool, and I haven't touched my bike in weeks. I need a reboot!

How about a simple distance or time challenge for the month of August?

Any takers?
