I was thinking the same thing, about taking a break from the challenges and just concentrating on my eating. I'd really like to lose 10 lbs and then I'd be happy to stay at that weight.

I was 1650 yards short of my 25,000 yard goal for October. My weight is roughly the same as
it was at the beginning of the month. I'm on again/off again with tracking.

I'm taking a break from challenges for a bit. Anybody who wants to start a new one, feel free!

I'm status quo. Not great, but not bad either. My weight is the same, and I've been getting to the pool, although not as often as I'd like. I set a yardage goal of 25,000, and it looks like I'll just barely make it.

Pretty much the same as last week. Still not doing well with eating and I feel it. I've really recommitted to get back to the way of eating that makes me feel better and lighter!

Last week's results, not so good!

October goals:
Start training for March half marathon relay team - Run/Walked 5 miles, right on track
Continue with exercise routine (Swim-M,W,F; Elliptical-T,TH; Run/walk-S) - Yes, to all!
Keep the streak going with MyFitnessPal (97 days today) - 115 days of entering something if not everything
Stay within calorie range 25/31 days -I am so off and eating way too many carbs. I really felt it yesterday, so it was may incentive to get back on track.
Replace afternoon 3:00 pm sweet/energy craving with coffee or tea. Even with having coffee available I've still been choosing the wrong kinds of snacks!

Back on track this week for sure!

Results so far:

October goals:
Start training for March half marathon relay team - Yes, I'm increasing my weekend mileage .5 at a time
Continue with exercise routine (Swim-M,W,F; Elliptical-T,TH; Run/walk-S) - Last week only the elliptical due to traveling
Keep the streak going with MyFitnessPal (97 days today) - 108 days of entering something if not everything
Stay within calorie range 25/31 days - lost track of this with a week of traveling
Replace afternoon 3:00 pm sweet/energy craving with coffee or tea. (This was working and then I ran out of coffee at work). - Brought more coffee

Not doing too badly.

I got to the pool three times this week and I've been tracking food. Now if I can manage to control my eating while I'm on vacation and not pack on 10 pounds over the next 6 days, I should be good.

Swim: get there at least twice a week
Nutrition: track and stay in ranges 5/7 days a week

October goals:

- Track food daily, staying in range 80%
- 4-5 yoga/pilates workouts a week (2 pilates machine, 2-3 yogas)
- Start swimming again - goal of 2x/week so at least 16,000yards for the month.

Oh! I would like to join this challenge! I'll start in October if that is all right with everyone.

My fitness goal will simply to go for a half hour swim 2 times a week.

My nutrition goal is to try and eat at least 5 veggies and/or fruits per day.

I'm excited for this!
