I'm with you Laurie. Sorry your back isn't well. Feel better soon. I'm on my 6th motrin emoticon I'll share if you want - lol. I don't dare swim or push it until my lats have recovered.

So I'll do what I can when I can for this month, in between my 3 classes.

well, March was not the charm for me. I lost a bit of weight, but my eating is all off track. And my back has been bothering me again, so I'm not swimming as much as usual either.

I am taking April off from doing challenges. But if someone else wants to start one, feel free!

I suppose I'd better scribble my week's goals before time passes me by - oh TIME CHANGE this weekend!

Swim 3x - 1200+ : working on 6x this week at 1225/1250... emoticon

Strength training 3x : won't make this goal until after the meet (do planks count?) emoticon

stretching/yoga 5x : have and am stretching every day emoticon

T'ai Chi every day: (think I forgot to add this, but I'm doing this also): emoticon

Sleep - in bed on time at least: I have gone to bed on time every night except one - still not sleeping well thought emoticon

Adding a 30 day Plank Challenge starting today (3/2) : On track emoticon

I missed out on February but let's see if March can go any better.

Fitness- Swim 3 miles a week
Nutrition- Track calories 6 days a week
Sleep- Get out of bed without pressing snooze.

I'm continuing on the same habits I've been working on

Swim three days each week, but I'm not going to worry about yardage because I have new skills to work on. They will take some time to build up.
NO Dairy 6/7 days each week
NO Grains 6/7 days each week
NO Sugar 6/7 days each week

I would like to lose at least another 3 lbs this month also

Let's do one more month! I think a lot of us are having pretty good success!

New habits? Still working on old habits?
