Hi gang! Wow, Kourtney, Jen, Carol, Gor and Heather out there at the same time. Sheesh. I'm the only poster not looking. GL to all of you and good thing I'm not looking, I'd be blown out of the water with all this talent around

THAT is a Mr. Mom, Heather. Yeah, she's great but support him and his decisions, compromise later. Off on a Friday? Nice!

A headhunter you've used from the other side sounds perfect, Carol. She knows you and what you look for, they'll be the best to do your strengths to others.

Third week in a row for a Thursday call-in, Jen? Yeah that's not only annoying, it's weird.

Good week so far, only one day stamping out fires. That was unusual, emergencies usually spread themselves out. Hitting the upper level of reps for the current strength training weight. Next up- the 35er dumbbell that has always crushed my ambition. Time to man up.

All this talk about new jobs is getting my thinking I would like to join that club of job searchers...I'm getting my resume together this weekend....yikes....I've not looked for a new job in ages...should be fun..it's time, though...

Hi folks :)

The thread moved to a different forum! Lol

Just another day here, coworker called out on a Thursday for the third week in a row, no idea what that's about but it's annoying. No job prospects yet and feeling a bit anxious about it, trying not to think about it to much and just keep sending out applications for postings of interest.

Heather I don't think I wore long sleeves at all through high school... I don't remember being cold either, though I did have a couple of those duster sweaters that were popular for some of the particularly cold days. Probably best not to get in the middle of that discussion lol

Kind of funny to me because now I live by my knee high socks and layered shirts/sweaters.

Carol, she tried to wear a short sleeve t-shirt and my husband freaked out and said she had to wear something long sleeved since it's winter. This is the kind of thing I wouldn't bother with, but it makes him crazy and I can't quite get him to back down on it. The kid gets straight As, literally gets 99s in many of her classes, and yet, he won't let her wear a t-shirt to school in the winter. He is the stay at home parent who has to continually deal with this, so I try to be supportive. It's a bit silly really, but hey, it's his job and I try not to micro-manage, even at home!

Good luck on the job search!! I so want a decent offer so I can leave here!!!!

I got a script for PT, and I'm excited!!

Yay for a day off! What is she wanting to wear that you disapprove of?

This morning I was super disorganized and I forgot my phone! I cannot run this business without my phone so I'll have to go get it as soon as I finish meetings today. I have one meeting at 8 am that is with a headhunter! There was a job listed in the next town over that looked interesting and she was representing it. It's kind of funny because I've used her to fill positions here. She says that job is not the job for me, but would like to represent me so we're going to Skype. I guess I'm officially looking for a job!

Walking again tonight. I think I'm going to lengthen my walks and then start adding weights.

Good Morning!!! Happy Thursday! Since I have tomorrow off, today is my last day of work this week. Yay!! I have enough to keep me busy through the day so it should go quickly.

Literally right now we are having a fight over what my 13 year old is going to wear to school today. Ugh. So much fun!

My exercise streak continues and I'm so excited about that!

I'm off to another doc today to follow up on the tendon pain. I hope I get some PT so I can get rid of this pain. The walking is really helping, but I could use some help with this.

Have a FUN and ACTIVE day!!!
