Hi I have tracked my nutrition here and have lost a few pounds it has helped me but right now I am not motivated and see my weight and body fat going back to where I was

I want to lose weight this time I will do whAt ever it takes me to do that . I really need all the help and support to do it. And iwant to thank spark diet plan maker all good wishes for the people who give their time for the good cause basically it is saving a life and lives around each person . Today is my first day I will talk more about mystory time to time.
