I use to get muscle cramps all the time in my legs. I see you tried a banana, lots of water, and stretching. You might be working out too much which happened to me so listen to your body. Another thing that helped me is being proactive by eating my banana and keeping hydrated before the workout. I actually eat one banana a day just to keep my potassium up. Lastly, when you stretch - the length of time and the type of stretches are important. My hamstrings always cramped up on me all the time. So instead of doing just one stretch for hamstrings I do four different types. I also made sure each stretch was around a minute. Yes, I know this might be overkill, but considering how painful my cramps were - I was willing to try anything. It worked low and behold! Good luck and I hope this was helpful.

leg cramps might need potassium depending on the kind of cramps side and stomach cramps during exercise might mean you need to walk or take a rest. There are many types of cramps emoticon
