I am also trying to lose those the last 10 pounds. If you are having a hard time eating all the food try eating smaller meals more often. I am doing this and it keeps you from being hunger and eating the wrong things. I eat every 2 to 3 hours. Example Breakfast is at 7am so I eat at 10,1,4and 7. Hope this helps. LSteffens emoticon

I am struggling to lose the last 10 pounds. I am trying to eat all the calories I'm told and find it difficult sometimes. I drink the water recommended. I also exercise 4 days a week. Any suggestions?
