i also love einsteen and the way he got his ideas I love to travel on the spur of the moment and i love portland oregon, hawaii. I enjoy all forms of art and the galleries

after 2 years of dieting and losing 5st I suddenly find myself falling off the wagon an odd biscuit here a spoon of sugar there. I'm trying to keep the fitness up but there always seems to be something more urgent demanding my time. I eat once a day and have been fine but the past few weeks its just not been enough and then I reach for the biscuit tin. I don't like eating but I love food - how does that work. I just got to my goal weight and now seem to have lost all control. I keep telling myself I can walk and excersise it off, but I can't. We have a very,very limited income and have to eat basically whatever comes our way. I just can't run two menu's mine and the kids, so I just try not to eat but then go overboard and eat all the wrong stuff just to feel full. Help!!! emoticon
