Hi my name is Karen and I have a question about the fitness trackers. I been updating my activity for a while but I'm not sure if I'm doing right. I add the cardio activity manually and then checked the box to add the exercises in my strenght training workout page. But I'm also adding this activity, the strenght training, as a cardio, manually to have a record the calorie burned and the time expended in that activity. Am I doing wrong?
