1. This week�s article is about Plateau�s and how to BUST them! All you have to do to get the points is have a quick read of the article.

2. You all know I like to use Spark for all it�s worth. There are so many tools that people don�t even know are available. One good way to get aquainted with the site if you are new is to do Sparkpoints! It�s a great way to move around the site and see each tool. WEEK 3 TOTAL POINTS:


RECIPE #1:
Breakfast-
Egg Sandwich w/ Canadian Bacon

1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites, whisked
1 cup fresh spinach
1 oz. canadian bacon
1 tbsp. reduced-fat parmesan cheese, grated
1 slice low calorie whole wheat bread
Cooking spray

Whisk the eggs together and then scramble in a pan. After eggs are done, remove from stove and add canadian bacon. Cook until done or warmed, depending on what brand you use. While doing this steam the spinach in the microwave (or stove, your prefference) for 2-3 minutes. Toast your bread to your liking. Once all is completed top the eggs on the bread, then the spinach and the ham. Top with grated parmesan cheese. ENJOY!

RECIPE #2:
Lunch-
Tuna salad on a bed

6 OZ. Tuna, packed in water
1/4 cup celery, diced
2 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonaise
1/2 plum tomato, sliced
1 small pickle, diced
3 cups greens
3 Melba Toast crackers

Chop the celery and add it to the tuna and mayo. Once combined put it on greens and top with sliced tomatoes. Enjoy with Melba Crackers.

Recipe #3:
Dinner-
Chicken Marsala with Braised Broccoli

5oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, butterflied
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped onion
� cup sliced button mushrooms
3 tbsp. Marsala cooking wine
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 cup broccoli florets
nonstick cooking spray

Season butterflied chicken breast with Mrs. Dash. Heat a nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Saute chicken breast until cooked through and golden brown on each side-about 3-4 mins per side. Remove chicken from pan and add olive oil, onion, mushrooms and rosemary. Saute on medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes, until mushrooms begin to give off fluid. Add the marsala wine and simmer for 2-3 mins, until reduced by half. Top chicken with with the marsala wine sauce. Meanwhile steam broccoli in the microwave for about 3-4 mins, or until desired degree of softness.

WEEK 3 TOTAL POINTS:


RECIPE #1:
Breakfast-
Egg Sandwich w/ Canadian Bacon

1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites, whisked
1 cup fresh spinach
1 oz. canadian bacon
1 tbsp. reduced-fat parmesan cheese, grated
1 slice low calorie whole wheat bread
Cooking spray

Whisk the eggs together and then scramble in a pan. After eggs are done, remove from stove and add canadian bacon. Cook until done or warmed, depending on what brand you use. While doing this steam the spinach in the microwave (or stove, your prefference) for 2-3 minutes. Toast your bread to your liking. Once all is completed top the eggs on the bread, then the spinach and the ham. Top with grated parmesan cheese. ENJOY!

RECIPE #2:
Lunch-
Tuna salad on a bed

6 OZ. Tuna, packed in water
1/4 cup celery, diced
2 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonaise
1/2 plum tomato, sliced
1 small pickle, diced
3 cups greens
3 Melba Toast crackers

Chop the celery and add it to the tuna and mayo. Once combined put it on greens and top with sliced tomatoes. Enjoy with Melba Crackers.

Recipe #3:
Dinner-
Chicken Marsala with Braised Broccoli

5oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, butterflied
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped onion
½ cup sliced button mushrooms
3 tbsp. Marsala cooking wine
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 cup broccoli florets
nonstick cooking spray

Season butterflied chicken breast with Mrs. Dash. Heat a nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Saute chicken breast until cooked through and golden brown on each side-about 3-4 mins per side. Remove chicken from pan and add olive oil, onion, mushrooms and rosemary. Saute on medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes, until mushrooms begin to give off fluid. Add the marsala wine and simmer for 2-3 mins, until reduced by half. Top chicken with with the marsala wine sauce. Meanwhile steam broccoli in the microwave for about 3-4 mins, or until desired degree of softness.
