Weighed in at 212.5 this week - that's down a half pound from 2 weeks ago and 9 pounds from last Saturday when I returned from a conference where I was not always eating on plan and likely consumed a lot of soy (I have an intolerance and retain a lot of water when I encounter it, which is just about any time that I'm not eating whole foods)
Very glad to be back in the 2-teens, but also hoping that I can get past this decade on the scales soon. I recommitted this last week to putting on a major push to actively lose weight as life circumstances were interfering to the point that I was begin to slip on my exercise and nutrition goals. This has resulted in me only being down 1.5 pounds in the last month.
