I'm taking a well-deserved day off tomorrow after a really amazing swim tonight. 1.5K in 50 minutes. The thing about getting better though is that you have to do MORE work to burn as many calories. Somehow it doesn't seem fair! Reverse logic! That same swim took me 60 minutes a month ago so I got more calories burned for it than I did today when clearly I am knocking it out of the park!

I put in a lot of extra time yesterday. Visited my school gym for the first time and had some fun trying stuff out! Walked, stair climbed and did a cycling class... plus a little weightlifting. Had a blast!! My booty is so sore from the cycling though!!

You guys are KILLING this month! Holy cow! I can't believe how many of you are already pushing 1000 Minutes! If you want to up your personal goals, go for it! We'll support you!!!

I'll be over 500 by the end of this week which is where I want/need to be to finish this month, so I'm in good shape and am thinking that this might actually be easier than I expected...gotta love it when that happens!

Realllllly bad weekend had my inlaws yesterday and needless to say Red Robin for lunch is not the best decision! I was proud of the fact that I only had 2 pieces of the appetizer and just ate my burger with melon instead of fries but still not happy overall I woke up feeling really really yucky.

Off topic I know

I went dancing friday night so 852-60 = 792 left

Great job everyone!!! With Zumba yesterday I'm up to 256 - which is pretty good considering the longest I've been able to work out all week is 20 minutes. More time to myself this week (fewer rehearsals) so I'll be sure to get in a bunch!

Today I helped my sister in law move into her new apartment... I only calculated ONE hour of moving things... even though I am sure it was more like 3 hours... but... I didn't want to miscalculate. It showed I burned 987 calories!! EEK!! Woo hoooooo :) lol

This week... 320 minutes of fitness. I would have had more, but was ill and out-of-the-loop for two days. SIGH. Still on GREAT track for the month. GooOOoo me!!

Everyone is doing so well omg. Done Girls ROCKKKK!
