Uh oh - we have had some slacker admissions this weekend. OH WELL! There are still 15 days left in the month and you can make up for it!!! Those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer are catching up to us - but get a hitch in your gitalong and get movin!!!

W2D1 of C25K for me this morning!!! And I DID IT!! And it wasn't as bad as I was expecting!!! Hallelujah! I'm over 600 - truckin to the finish line.

FROSTYNAL is the QUEEN of 1000 Fitness Minutes in August - holy crap girl - you rocked it. *Note to the rest of you - this is NOT a race, so take your time, but I just had to give props to the lady who just rocked it out first this month!

Officially am done with Week 1 of C25K!!! I had my "good" run this morning and feel like I'm ready to move on. I was going to repeat the whole 3 sessions, but I guess I only really needed one more to make me feel ready. Huzzah! I'm excited!

I told the "I don't want to exercise" demons to go suck it this morning. Working out at the gym before work, 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Weekend here I come!

BAH! Just signed up to run my first 5K in November - guess that means I need to get RUNNING for the rest of the month!!! I'm crazy! But I'm doing this! 7:30am tomorrow W1D4. Booyah!

Ok well being how Im very late to join Ill do it anyway but aim for half as August is almost half over.. I plan to do atleast 500 minutes for the rest of the month starting in the morning. This is a great goal.

I am fighting the "I don't wanna exercise" demons. I did however get up this morning and did 60 minutes in the gym before work. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I plan on another 60 tomorrow before work as well.


August 1: 27 minutes
August 2: 80 minutes
August 5: 60 minutes
August 6: 36 minutes
August 8: 60 minutes
August 9: 27 minutes
August 12: 60 minutes
