Did W1D3 of C25K for 30 minutes. It felt good. Continued walking on the treadmill for another 35 minutes while incorporating biceps, triceps and shoulder presses with my hand weights. Since vacation starts on Thursday for me not sure I am going to move to week 2 in C25K. I might just continue with the week 1 runs...I don't know we'll see how much gym time I can get in between now and then.

Woohoo!!! Go Ladies Go!!! We've got a couple across the finish line, let's get everyone else in too.

W2D2 of C25K this morning for me. I'm feeling GREAT about these runs and I'm not thinking I'll have to repeat any days this week, so one more run on Friday and then on to W3 for me!!!

My stupid stitches kept me out of commission for a few weeks, but I'm back. Not sure if I will be able to make that 1000 but Ill give it my all

I unofficially started the C25K this evening. I just wanted to see if I could make it through it. I didn't have the podcast with me so I just did it on my own and stayed on for an extra little bit, so 40 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Woot!

August 1: 27 minutes

August 5: 60 minutes
August 6: 36 minutes
August 8: 60 minutes

Nix~ I did it! My zumba class was full so I did a water aerobics class & it kicked my butt. I also stayed after and did some laps for 30 minutes. I am sooooooo tired right now and am heading to bed, but I just wanted to log my minutes and let you know I stuck to it, thanks for cracking the whip!
