Even with the backsliding from vacations and celebrations, I still lost 13.3 pounds during the 12 weeks of this challenge (and 21.5 since May)! I've signed up to tackle an 18.5-pound turkey over the next 12 weeks. With only a few long weekends rather than 5 weeks out of town during the same amount of time, I think I can do it. It will be a challenge, but I'm ready for more success!!

SW June 7th: 279.8 (Ugh. UP nearly 2 pounds since last week despite staying on track with food and doing 451 minutes of exercise. Depressing.)
June 14th: Goal 277 / Actual 274.7 (Now we're moving in the right direction!!)
June 21st: Goal 275 / Actual 276 (*sigh* Just keep swimming, just keep swimming . . . )
June 28th: Goal 273 / Actual 271.6 (Yeah! One day early since I leave for Italy tomorrow!)

Well, at least I lost over the summer. Didn't make my goal, but I did loose 7.7 lb! Could have been worse. I think I did pretty good, especially since my Body Fat % dropped a total of 2.2%!

Well, summer is over and I'm looking forward to fall. Had a great Summer for weight loss. Down 14lbs in July and August. 20 Since the beginning of June (before I started this challenge). I hope the next 3 months are just as successful!

Ok...about ready to quit this! LOL
Next time we do one of these things, I'm focusing on something other than weight. My inches & body fat percentages have been dropping, but not my weight. I know that means building muscle. So I think next time we have this ... Body Fat % is what I'll be tracking. ... I'm going to tack that on now actually ... so I can feel accomplished (and because I have the data due to my FitBit brand scale)!

I was out of town for the week, so I am happy that I didn't gain.....I wasn't able to track food while I was gone, so I just tried to eat moderately. Bummed the weight is coming off so slowly, but I am glad it's coming off.

I feel just awful that I have not gotten anywhere this challenge. I am nowhere near that goal that I set for myself. That being said, I am now more driven then ever. I've gotten the few pounds off that I gained on my vacation (and major fluid retention), and I'm on a mission. I'm eating lots (mostly) fruits/veggies, and am seeing results. I have changed my goal for next week, and I am looking forward to a fall challenge! I have also updated my goals for the remainder of this year! I will get to 199 by Christmas!!! emoticon

That is so frustrating Chibitrowa ! If the inches are coming off, eventually the weight will start to go down. Have you been tracking your food? Weighing and measuring everything? I know when I stop weighing and measuring my portion sizes go way out of whack.

I'm getting frustrated... watching what I'm eating, exercising... but scale is not budging...Only thing that has budged according to my scale is the Fat % ... which, since June 1st... is down 2.7% Which I guess is something to show for all the work... and my clothes are looser... so my inches are coming down. But I want to see my weight start to drop... I've been stuck in the 180's for over all year!

Stuck for another week. Amazing that my lack of effort has produced a lack of movement on the scale. Today is a new day. I am going to end this challenge on a good note. Time to buckle down!

I am hoping to have more success on this challenge then I did on the last one! Although I lost 2 pounds in the last seasonal challenge, 2 pounds over 3 months is just not good enough. Here's hoping to get more this time!!!

So everytime I think I'm back on track and in my "groove", I hit a bump in the road. I can think of many reasons but it all comes down to life. There will always be stressers and special occasions and this or that but I have to train myself to get past them in ways that don't prevent me from taking care of myself. Fortunately, I have learned that a bump is a bump and not a reason to quit so here I am, righting myself.

So, 4 weeks out of town for work and vacation took its toll, but I'm getting back into the swing now that I'm at home again. Onward and downward!

SW June 7th: 279.8 (Ugh. UP nearly 2 pounds since last week despite staying on track with food and doing 451 minutes of exercise. Depressing.)

Back!! And so is my weight... oops. But I didn't get opportunities to exercise... and food options were not all that great. I re-started the 21 Day Fix... diet and exercise. Also taking some natural water pills to help ... cause I KNOW I am holding a lot of water - not used to all that salt! Everything feels bloated and puffy... ready to get the water weight off and see where I really am at!

Feeling better and getting back into "my groove". Yippee!! Just realized that I'm approaching a weight that was "my highest ever weight and I'll never weigh this much again ... roughly 25 years ago". Unfortunately I was wrong. Fortunately, I'm hopefully in the next couple of weeks going to be back down to that weight. What a sweet feeling it will be to hit 289!! Thank you Spark People for helping me on my journey!

Hey there, Honeys!

I'm back from vacation! It was wonderful to get away...and I gained 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I wasn't shocked when I stepped on the scale this morning. I KNOW I didn't drink enough water, I ate A LOT and most of my choices were the unhealthy one, I tried to be as mobile as possible, but in reality I was just eating and relaxing for a week!

Today is a new day and I am ready to get back to my healthy routine!

I did weigh in on Sunday, I just didn't get around to logging. On vacation right now, so I'm not on the computer much at the moment - plus I had an interview in Atlanta on Monday which had me out of pocket. Little bit of a loss this past week but not as much as I was hoping for... but I'm not going to complain! With the 21 Day Fix I managed to lose quite a bit in those three weeks!

Starting a little late but I will start with July I guess, I know 32 pounds sound like alot but I am on Qsymia prescribed by my doctor to help with my metabolism and get my blood sugar under control so it is helping with the weight loss. My normal weigh in day is Wednesday now for my doctor by I will try and remember to check in on these days as well so I may be posting a day or two behind:

Hey there, Honeys!

My week had a lot of bad food choices due to celebrations of all kinds. I wasn’t as active as I could have been and had all those extra calories and the scale reminded me of that this morning. I am up one pound from last week. I’m going to work really hard this week to get my workouts in because I am leaving for vacation on Saturday and as much as I’d love to say that I’ll be healthy on vacation…I know I’m going to splurge!

OMG, I had a huge loss this week! I was bummed last week because I gained 0.4 but it was that TOM. I was still walking every day with the baby and ran regularly (at least 3 times a week). When I weighed in this week, it says I lost 6.8 pounds! That sounds crazy and I almost don't believe it but I guess my hard work from the previous week and this week finally paid off.

If you're got your TOM, hang in there and don't beat yourself up. You might see great results next week.

Weight starting to come off with the Shakeology & 21 Day Fix. emoticon I had to incorporate some water pills though because apparently my muscles had been holding a LOT of water with all the exercise. My weight is back up some today, but I suspect it's water weight again since I backed off the water pills... This is the last week of the 21 Day Fix (for this time around at least)... so my exercise routine doubles with two sets a day. A loss of 4.6 lbs last week got me a lot closer to where I'm "supposed" to be according the plan below. I'm just going to keep plugging away.

Mom and I are headed out of town on the 16th though, so I'll be unable to weigh in for the 19th... and I suspect, with eating out, I'll probably gain anyways (plus it'll be TOM that weekend). But my plan is to continue to exercise emoticon even if on the road... hotels will have a gym and hopefully a pool! emoticon After I get back from that vacation, I'll probably redo the 21 Day Fix. I'm debating another program after that though. The three programs I'm considering are (not sure if the links will work or not):

I am hoping to have more success on this challenge then I did on the last one! Although I lost 2 pounds in the last seasonal challenge, 2 pounds over 3 months is just not good enough. Here's hoping to get more this time!!!
