July 2 Monday: Walked to Ferry Boat and Post Office 20 minutes
July 3 Tuesday: Walked to Bank and Post Office: 30 minutes
July 4 Wednesday: Walked for 30 minutes
July 5 Thursday: rest day
July 6 Friday: rest day
July 7 Saturday: Grandson Day Played at park 60 minutes, Up & down stairs 15 minutes

Total Minutes: 225

July 1 - Sunday: Rebounder while watching TV!
July 2 - Monday: 3.5 hours of walking at Disneyland and we walked back instead of taking the tram! 12k
July 3 - Tuesday: 45 minutes on rebounder while watching Harry Potter
July 4 - Wednesday: Rest day, stayed with doggies while they shook from the sounds of fireworks

July 1: Pilates (lower body)-60 min. Walking-60+ min 8.4 mi 15000 steps. Rebound-15 min. Lower Body Strength Training (ST)-HIIT style.

July 2: Swim-30 min. Walking-60 min. Rebound-15 min. Upper Body ST-HIIT. Pilates (upper).

July 3: Walking-65 min. Rebound-15 min. Core ST. TRX-core

July 4: Walking-10 mi, 15000 steps. Dancing. Rebound-15 min. WO videos. Leg ST.

July 5: Walking-11 mi+ Fitness tests (timed walking 1 mile, timed rebounding, and how many crunches, squats, pushups in one minute)

July 6: Rest Day-stretching

July 7: Walking 6 mi 12000 steps. ST-Upper Body HIIT style.

Overall I am HAPPY with week 1 of this challenge. I did well, pushed myself beyond my comfort level, was consistent, grew some visually new muscles, did well in continuing attempts to improve the length and quality of sleep I'm getting, took some new steps to improve my health, stuck to my diet, lost a few pounds, and completed an entire set of new fitness testing and measurements (which I tend to avoid doing).

July 3 Tuesday: 15 minutes walking
July 4 Wednesday: 10 minutes walking; 15 minutes heavy cleaning
July 5 Thursday: Surgery Day - rest day for me
July 6 Friday: Still recouping from surgery. 15 minutes walking
July 7 Saturday: 30 minutes heaving cleaning and laundry
