1 mile am run 10 minuets

afternoon walk uphill and down hill thru my field 6 times 30 minuets

evening walk 6 trips up and downhill thur my field 30 minuets

70 minuets.

tomorrow I bump to 7 times

I can't seem to lose weight if I don't exercise.
Since exercising, I left both the walker and the cane behind. emoticon
I can walk up and down the stairs like an adult and not a 1 yr old ( one step at a time with my 2 feet on each step)
I also have more energy around the house and do more. emoticon
I feel better
I have lost 2 sizes 3x, 2x, emoticon
I'm still moving forward emoticon

Saw the folks over at the redefining strength youtube channel recently published a new video with 24 isometric strength moves, using just your body weight, for the lower body. Like to include isometric moves in my workouts because I can time myself and see my strength and endurance improving. If you haven't given it a try--here are some ideas to work along with her--or add into your workouts/weekly/monthly/quarterly fitness testing. Some times I add one isometric pose into my tabata/hit workouts. Very effective.
