The biggest thing that keeps me accountable is weighing in every week. I find that if I don't I start thinking "Well, I probably didn't do THAT bad." LOL.

When I step on that scale it is all there in black and white how bad (or Good!!) I did.

I can only weigh in once a week, though. I know some people do it every day but if I fluctuate even as a normal process I get depressed and lose the motivation to keep trying.

I haven't been on Spark for like a month. I haven't been tracking what I'm eating, and I haven't been doing extra exercise! I haven't gained weight but I know I will soon enough if I don't get my fat butt in gear. I'm gonna check in to this thread everyday. 1) To get me on Spark and 2) to keep me accountable.
