Great job everyone! Today I completed Day 5 of the 28 day bootcamp. Walked 4 miles and did my 100 crunches. Thinking about trying the jump rope. :)

Today I biked for 6 miles, walked a mile with Leslie Sansone and level 1 of 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels.

Today was a 60 minute body pump class, and a 30 minute run/walk!

Big one today.. 30 minutes at lunch on the stairmaster and 20 minutes tonight on the elliptical.. Whew!!

I did a bit of dancing before work this morning...
Plan on a walk during lunch 20min proly...
Then walk 1 mile after work...
Then a little dancing again after dinner!

Do you plan your workouts in advance? What are you guys planning on doing today?

I hope to get more sleep (I didn't get much last AM, I work nights) this AM, and hopefully my last overnight shift will be peaceful and uneventful (**knock on wood**). I hope to do my 3rd P90X workout (Power Intervals X) and hopefully also do the 5K with a Twist with Leslie Sansone or 3 Mile with Abs (also Leslie Sansone).

Wish me luck! :D
