On my Pinterest account, I started a useful board (for me anyway) of workouts. I sorted them out into sections based on the equipment or type of workout. That way when I have a specific type of workout I need to do, I can quickly find things which are going to work for me to do--and it is all FREE and EASY. Doesn't take a lot of time or planning and I can switch it up to keep it both interesting and challenging without spending a lot of time, money, or effort to get it accomplished.

One of the things I do is PLAN for days when I'm not feeling well--after I injure something, or drop or bang into something and have bruised something--life happens. I get sick. I keep these lower impact, or chair exercise videos at hand for those days OR I rest. Sometimes an injury is just telling me to slow down. Thought I would share the link so you can take a look and see if something similar would work for you, too.

Here is the general workout board

Here is the seated workout collection:

I also have a collection of seated workouts at Skimble--which because I've recently just started using their workouts, is my current favorite!

Some times too it helps searching YouTube for workout with (name of hurt body part) as a lot of physical therapy experts are posting videos to help people recover from surgery, or while a broken bone or two mends, etc.

Best wishes!

Try restorative yoga, it helps increase energy, and most of them can be done seated. I love Rodney Yee, but you can check out YouTube to find a workout that fits your needs. Hope you feel better.

Woke up today with a lovely head cold. Didn't sleep well, due to congestion, so now I am tired.
I don't want to lose the momentum I have going these past few weeks, but I also don't want to exhaust myself.

Does anyone have tips on keeping up your routine while dealing with a cold?

Thanks in advance!!!
