Friday 11/20 - 215.2 - not bad for being sick and not working out all week
Friday 11/27 - 217.8 - moving the wrong direction
Friday 12/4 - I just couldn't face the scale this morning
Friday 12/11 - 221 - EEEEEPPPPPP!
Friday 12/18 - 219.8 - still up overall, but at least down from last week
Friday 12/25 - didn't weigh - that was my Christmas present to myself
Friday 1/1 - 222 - So moved the wrong way. Gotta do better. Not a great finish.

Beginning tomorrow through the end of December, I DARE yourself to lose as much weight as you can, by going to the gym, workout DVD's, any workout equipment that you have at home or if you live in areas where it's not bad to go for walks, please do so. Whatever weight you've lost, post your results every Friday.

Also, we've reduced the amount of movies watched, as we have simply not reached that goal, and with the multiple holidays coming up, plan now on how you're going to simply enjoy the holidays and not overdo it.

Pounds lost are to be posted every Friday, beginning this Friday November 6th. Good luck, have fun, and don't forget about watching some good movies and writing your reviews.
