today I decided each day I will do something besides the other 2 things bed early and watching junk food today cleaned the kitchen counters

A lot more pain than usual today... couldn't spend more than 10-15 minutes on my feet before my spine would give out. Still worked as best I could, and tired myself out through and through. At 11pm, the house is closed down and I'm already in bed to sleep.

I've been contemplating what I could do for a Lenten challenge. Rather than food, I'm committing to going to bed by midnight.

Being a lifelong night owl, it's very easy for me to get distracted and stay up nearly all night. Most of the time, I'm working and being productive - I like it, because I get that "second wind" - but the next morning I drag even more than usual. I'll work on going to bed "early" for a few nights, but it never lasts. With this challenge, I'll have extra motivation to stick with it!

Tonight, I officially went to bed at 11pm. I also timed my evening meds for earlier than usual, at 10pm, so I'm getting sleepy too.

I am in I am giving up my only snack I can eat Pretzels .. I dont eat out with food allergies

Is anyone interested in going on a Lent challenge with me?

I am giving up fast food and restaurant food for Lent. However if I get stuck going out with friends I will eat a small portion ( I can't ask them to go out to lunch or anything cheating like that.). No plans for going out during Lent but just in case as I don't want to not see them or sit there not eating and make them feel uncomfortable.

I do things today so that tomorrow I can say I did it yesterday
