3100 steps and two 13 step flights of stairs - no elliptical when I go over 3000 steps.

getting steps but broke foot after I got a new fibit the other one died

Pedometer on again today - need that accountability 2500steps
Brought seated elliptical back out to the front room - must get on it and ride!! need that effort for knee flexibility.
