I don't have NASH, however, I have medical training and an interest in functional medicine.
A few suggestions:
1. taking a quality digestive enzyme so that the food you eat is more available to your body.
2. eating (or drinking) foods that are complete proteins.( i.e. cheese, yogurt, soybeans, quinoa, red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk)
3. be sure your gut is as optimal as possible.
