Went to the gym with my sister this morning and spent 2 hours doing water aerobics. Had a lot of fun.

Good for you Cherkyle, going back to doing zumba!! And 20 minutes is a good workout for doing zumba too.. I could barely keep up with that for 5 minutes. LOL.

I like your plan Favall! Two hours a day is wonderful! When I get my car again I plan to spend 2 hours a day at the gym doing water aerobics. That would be like two hours of play for me because I love the water.

My success plan for the week is:
* 5 small meals with 30 gm carb limit
* exercise 2 hrs every day
* track everything in SP
* interact with SP teams and friends
* prepare for out of town guests by pre-plan meals and puchase the food
* yoga class on Friday night (my desert of the week's workouts)

Good Luck! I did ok yesterday on eating, but did not exercise :o(

I ate my breakfast @ 1 hour ago (english muffin with pb & small coffee)

Getting ready to log that and drink a glass of water!

I love this and believe this will help me tremendously!

1) Eat 3 Meals and 2 snacks per day (within calorie range)
The morning is hard for me, it is already past 10:30 and I have not had breakfast! I tend to eat alot AFTER work!!!
2) EXERCISE!!! I have not exercised in months!! 3-4 times per week would be great for me!!!
3) Log in daily
4) Find a few buddies to hold me accountable!!!

This new thread is to help us with our motivation and accountability, and to stay on the right track going forward in our weight loss journey.

My plan for success this week is:
1) Eating three meals daily with no more than 300 to 400 calories each.
2) Eat a small snack before bedtime for under 200 calories (to help keep my blood sugar stabilized)
3) Do some form of exercising at least 3 to 4 times a week...preferably dancing or water aerobics
4) Log on to spark people everyday and post encouraging comments
Log my foods every day and use the nutritional tracker.
5) Keep a written journal of my progress
