I'm bothl walking and going to the pool at least three to four times per week. I may go to the gym more often for my water aerobics because I've got my own transportation now.

My goal was to stop drinking soda entirely and to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I haven't had any soda since the 24th so I'm still at the beginning of this habit but that's ok. I have gotten over caffeine headaches so I'm on a roll now!

To keep up my 28-Day Bootcamp- day two is complete!!

My September goals -

Eat more Kale (definately)
Get in more steps (11,000 per day)
Lose 5 pounds (or more!)

My September goals:

Start getting more calcium in my diet, getting more calcium rich foods.

Fitness: Move more

Weight: My weight loss goal this month is 5 lbs although I would love to lose another 13 lbs like last month!!!

My goal is to get physically stronger. Right now I'm in terrible shape. To help correct this, I'm walking everyday for at least 15 to 20 minutes. I'll be going to the pool more too...as soon as I get another car...hopefully within a week or two.

My other goal is to lose at least 10 pounds. To do this I plan to eat only from the list of foods that I have on my menu, and in the right portions.
