It wasn't much but I did 10 minutes of yoga yesterday. I did find myself just being more active ~~ cleaning, shopping, etc.

I did 85 minutes of spin bike watching a DVD of an outdoor ride in Alaska. It was very cool!

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning, 5 push ups at work :), and I want to get 15 minutes on bike tonight.

I'm feeling a lot better. No vertigo for now. I'm going back to the gym next Monday. I hope I can start going again 5 days a week.

105 minutes in the pool today. Carol, can you not even water walk? My balance is terrible but I figure the water will catch me safely if I start to fall over:) Hope they are able to do something for your vertigo.

Sorry team, I can't exercise right now. I've been diagnosed with a medical condition (vertigo) that prevents me from exercising safely.

NATALIEMICHAELE , I'm so jealous...you spending all that time in the pool. I couldn't get to the pool again yesterday because of the rain...BUT, i got up before the sun was up (and before the rain started) and walked inside of my condo complex for about 20 minutes.

I won't be going to the pool again today because I have to go to my face to face 12 step meeting.

I did 2 1/2 hours in the pool today. A one hour water aerobics class and 1 1/2 hours water walking, jogging and swimming. A friend stays after class to workout with me and we just lose track of time. Once I get out, I feel like my body is made of concrete! LOL

NATALIEMICHAELE , at least we can get a decent work out for ourselves in the water. There is not much else I can do right now in the form of exercise either. I go for a short walk around my condo complex early in the mornings sometimes, but my back and legs are weak and it takes me 20 minutes to walk would the average person would take about ten minutes to do.

Thanks CAROL3SAN:) Usually I would have only been in there 2 hours but I got to talking to a friend after the class. We stayed in the deep end so we could tread water to keep our bodies moving while we talked and according to the spark tracker, that hour of treading water burned more calories than the water aerobics class!!

I miss going to the gym but I'm not allowed weight bearing exercise until I get another bone scan in a few months to see if the Paget's bone disease in my pelvis and hips has gotten better. But it's all good cuz I LOVE the water:)

NATALIEMICHAELE, lucky you doing 180 minutes in the pool yesterday. I wasn't able to go to the gym yesterday because of the rain. I took my early morning walk already and today looks good so far.

In this thread, we can post our exercises we do every day, and how many minutes we spend doing them. I've been going to the pool at the gym for my water aerobic exercises. I usually would spend anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours in the pool. I also like to get out of my house early in the mornings before the sun is up and go for a 20 minute walk around my condo complex. . In both cases, including the pool and my walk, when I come back home I feel wonderful. emoticon
