I am just starting and hope I am doing this correctly. I copied and pasted, then filled in the information....using my current weight for the first two weeks and will do a weigh in on Sunday to see if I lost anything my first week...which will be two days short because I am just starting again and have to do some major grocery shopping to get some healthy foods in my house...so, I am starting my healthier eating and logging my meals tomorrow morning.

No worries! It can be a little confusing at first! From the home page of the team, the topics are broken down into different themes. Look under "25 Pound Quarterly Challenge Forum" and click "See More Topics." Right now it is the 5th one down - "Q3 Reporting." Eventually, hopefully FAVALL will make it sticky so it will show up on the home page and you won't have to go looking:)

Also, it is a bit extra confusing since I didn't put 2014 in the title... This is why FAVALL is the team leader and not me! LOL

If you go to the thread called "Q3 Reporting" and go to the post at the very bottom, you can copy and paste that text into a post for yourself. Then each week you can just edit that post to add your current weight:) You can change your start date or the dates you update your weight or whatever you need to do. No hard and fast rules; make it work for you!
