My goal for June, July, August is at least 25 pounds, so about 8 pounds a month, 2 pounds a week. I say at least because I got off-track during covid (the *ultimate* 'excuse' for us) but I am still trying to do 100 in a year, if I can, though okay if close (& 75 would be fine). SO far, I'm at 38 down since last summer, which makes me 27 down since Jan. Working for big (bigger?) numbers this month to kick it off, and first June week was 3 pounds! So Jan-May was 24. If I can do 75 pounds for the year or better, I'd be quite happy, but 100 is SUCH a nice round number. Oth, I'm down 10% from last summer, & should be 10% from Jan this year by end of June, which is supposed to have significant health benefits...
