Starting weight Monday November 1st: 171

Actual weight Monday November 8th: 170.2 (I wrote my food down for 5/7 days last week, it was a big reality check that I was eating enough in one day for 3 days calorie requirement! Slowed that down towards the end of the week to pull out a small loss. I am starting back to exercise in a very small way today, going to take it slow and easy.)

Actual weight Monday November 15th: 167.2(Down 3 pounds this week. The light exercise added to my week was tough on Monday, easier on Wednesday, and went really well on Friday. I tracked and logged my food every day of the last 7, and only went over 1700 calories 1 day. I was down to 165 on Thursday, but for some reason it crept back up over the last 3 days. I was under 1600 calories for each of those three days, so I don't get it, but I will stay consistent because I know the scale will catch up. Perhaps it is related to my sodium intake, so I will have to keep an eye on that too.)

hang in there! I have noticed that at the end of the night I still have a ton of calories etc... left so I eat more trying to reach my goals. This week I am going to try and do better fitting those things in during the day. I don't know what I am "saving" those calories for? Like someone is going to show up at my door with an ice cream cake or a pan of cinnamon rolls and I want to have calories available just in case????

We can do this!

October was a terrible month for me, I am still not over the pneumonia that has been plagueing me, so I am not going to set a weight loss goal for November, just the goal to get healthy again. I will still check in each week though, because it helps me stay accountable to my long term goal and my health as well!
