I am trying to reduce my sodium intake, no cream in my coffee, and only one portion of chips instead of eating an entire big bag. I am not doing too great with the chips, but I am at least putting them in a bowl instead of eating out of the bag like I was doing.)

Gotta get back on track! Started a new job this week so hopefully that will help keep my mindless eating under control.

I'm in this one....I have been really lazy in November and have gained some of the weight that I lost back. It is just kreeping up. I've got alot of stress at work that doesn't help the laziness. SO I'm in to lose what came back. Also my weigh in are on Sunday so I changed them.
