will join in my goal is to run a 5K every month starting in May. My hip has been bothering me so I have been taking a break the last 2 weeks and its been tough.

wk 1 - 10.25 miles
wk 2 10.0 miles
wk 3 - 7.6
wk 4 - 10.75

Total 38.6 Keep running!

ok, so I haven't been good about keeping track of my mileage,and I'm not sure what I've done since the beginning of January, but I'm averaging about 10 miles per week since classes started (Jan 20). So, I'm gonna go ahead and say I've gone about 50 miles since Jan 1st. Almost halfway there! I hope everyone's doing well and having fun with this!

Soo.... these past two weeks I've been feeling a bit under the weather. Not 100% myself. Kind of disappointed that I'm only at 21.59 miles so far in the challenge, but thats ok.... Next week, when I'm back to myself, I'll get back on track. All in all, I'm glad I'm at least getting some miles in.

Several long walks this weekend helped increase my mileage, including a one hour walk in the snow today. 28.95 miles so far this month!

Just agreed to be on a 4-man team to run a marathon in February. Better start training!

Not too bad for the first week. It just started snowing here (literally, like 2 minutes ago), and I'm soooooo happy I have a treadmill, so I'm gonna put on some good movies and walk. :)

4.53 miles so far...I walk for 30 mins on my lunch break (sometimes a little longer), but I'm planning on making up the difference on the weekends. Congrats to everyone so far, and keep up the good work! We can do it!

I'll join in...but doing it on the bike, have bad knees and walking too much makes them hurt....

did 6 miles on the bike on Tuesday....going to the gym later to do more!

1/5/11...did 12 miles on the bike, 0.9 miles on the treadmill..total 12.9 miles for the day....18.9 miles so far.

If you go to My Fitness, near the top of the tracking section there is an option to track steps and mileage. If you click on that, you can keep track of your daily mileage.

Hey everyone!!! I just finished a challenge to walk/jog/run/elliptical 100 miles by the new year, and it got me motivated to set up a new challenge for when 2011 gets here!! I know it's early, but this way we can prepare and get ready for it, and have something to look forward to. 130 by April averages to about 10 miles a week.

Anyone want to join me? I won't start tracking my miles until January 1, 2011.

Let's finish December with a bang and really kick it into gear in 2011!!
