Well I did not make my goal of 6 lbs, but did lose 4 lbs. Losing all 6 would have been nice, but I am still happy with the results. It will be great when the weather turns nice to be able to get out doors more. With ice storms that stopped everything, even the electricity and 5* temps, I did my best with the work outs. Now, on to March!

February was a month of returns. I returned to running, in a small way, but it's all about babysteps. I returned to tracking my food, and I returned to more regular visits at Sparks. Here's to March being a month of returning to losing weight!

Was 0.8 pounds short this month but pretty happy with it being my first month back on the program. No matter what, it's way better than gaining or even maintaining!

Thanks for this great challenge. It really helped my to focus on just one month at a time. Although I may not have made it to my original goal I did lose over 5 lbs this month and better yet it helped me to loose 10 lbs overall since joining spark people. Looking forward to March's challenge.

I hit my goal! I started the month at 167 and this morning I weighed in at 161.5. I only got on the scale once since the beginning of the month, and I think keeping off the scale is a fantastic way for me to focus on how I feel rather than what the scale says. In any case: Happy March everyone.

Better results this week but not down to my goal. I am still feeling motivated and my monthly measurements showed a 1" loss in my hips, 1" loss in my shoulders, and 3/4" loss in my thighs! Everything else stayed the same. I am so glad!

Very rough 3 day weekend. Went away for a visit to family out of state and did not do well at all. Although it only looks like a .2 gain, I usually weigh in on Saturdays and since then it is a 2 pound gain - will definitely do better this week.

Ok boys and girls I actually made my goal, but I am a couple of days behind the weigh in. I used to weigh myself daily but have been encouraged to cut back to weekly or so. I have picked Fridays. I believe I can manage this. The last couple of weeks I have been on a roll again after a stall for the last 2 1/2 months so I want to rock with my roll this month!

I tried in January and fell short 1.6 lbs. Hope I can do it this month!

January was a bust for me, I really let myself get carried away with my eating, and gained even more weight. February has to be a better month for me. If you had a great month in January, congrats to you, and keep the ball rolling right into February!

My check in days are Tuesday now, because I am using the Biggest Loser calendar my kidlet gave me for Christmas, but feel free to check in on the weekday that works best for you.
