Actual weight Tuesday, March 29, 2011: 177.4 Down almost 1 more pound. Started this week out great...worked with trainer a couple times, ran on the treadmill, walked 2x for almost an hour...then had one of my kiddos get really sick and admitted to the hospital. So a lot of stress at the end of this month, it affects everything...weight, eating, exercise. Got his stuff under control so time to get my stuff under control this next week.

Oh March! You were not a good month to me! Exercised 3 days again last week plus a nice walk on Sunday with my son and dog but still minimal results...So So frustrating. Thinking of adding the apple cider vinegar diet to my regimen. Anybody try that???

I am going to have to find an additional 50 minutes of light activity each day due to March Break and not working at the school. I am so excited to be running again, I really missed it.)

Well I ended the month the same weight as I started the month. That is great considering I was sick with pneumonia all month and I basically ate whatever I wanted and how much I wanted. Next month will be better!

Starting weight Sat, Feb 26, 2011: 195- switched over to weighing myself on my Wii Fit...other scale crashed on me. It has consistently been 3 lbs heavier, so I'm starting out March a little heavier # wise...

started on Feb 28 at 160.5 and weighed in at 156.5 this morning! The last couple of weeks I've been really enjoying my workouts. My work schedule has gotten insane so the hour at the gym in the am has become a kind of sacred my time thing. and nice results. My goal is six lbs, but I'll shoot for better if i can get there. have a good week all!
