My worst habit would be staying with something long after it looses its joy level for me. - Food, watching TV, internet - all ways to waste time and get lost outside of myself. Ways of avoiding myself. I need to let go of these waste of time distractions in my life and spend time doing the things I need to do. Like exercising, journaling, taking better care of my house and yard and husband.

I need to be better, I need to challenge myself. I need to engage in my life and not waste all of my time on distractions and things that I don't really enjoy.

My worst habit IS procrastinating! My new job has been kind of forcing me to get out of that habit because everything is so time sensitive, but its still so hard not to fall into my lazy habits. Also with my new job i've picked up a brand new bad habit- eating out and eating on the go, i'm so craving healthy home cooked meals again.

One of my worst habits is eating when I'm not hungry. Sometimes I eat just to eat emoticon

I procrastinate on getting started with the goals I have set for myself. I always say I am going to start tomorrow and then tomorrow........

Laundry!! I hate doing it- - so it piles up...... and UGH, the frustration. I guess what I need to do is do laundry when a favorite show is on- - like Sunday nights when the Amazing Race is on.

Getting the house cleaned up, I start doing it then I get distracted by something else (usually a knitting/crochet project that I have found that is partially finished).

"Me Time" is my worst procrastination. I always want the kids' homework and housework done before I can have any down time. I really should put exercise as a priority, but, unfortunately, it falls under the category of "Me Time."

Wow - just realized your weight loss total, Gigalena! Awesome!

My biggest bad habit is to buy healthier treats - dried apricots, organic dark chocolate covered raisins, knowing I will not have good portion control. I need to not buy them - then I cannot eat them.

The weather makes me procrastinate and so does working graveyard shift I constantly have to resist the urge to sleep all day. But then again I don't eat when I am sleeping emoticon
